Dr. Price is always there for my pets. From the crazy panick pet parent phone calls to the normal routine visits. She is always there for the “under dog” and giving them a chance and not tryin to up sell me services that are not needed. Her office staff is always friendly and supportive.

I have been taking my pets to Clinton Pet for over 7 years and Dr Price and the staff have always been welcoming and very helpful. We recently adopted a senior dog and Dr Price has been very helpful with treating his ongoing bronchitis. She has independently reached out to check how he is responding to his meds and has made addressing his coughing less stressful because we know he is getting the attention he needs. He is our first dog in over 20 years so we worry as he is a senior with unknown history and appreciate the care he gets from the vet.

I have 5 cats. 3 that came from the CPV Rescue. They all go to Clinton Pet Vet to see Dr Price. She is the best. Always has time to talk about any problems my furry kids are having. She always keeps me updated when one of them is sick and spending the night. It sets me at ease to know how much Jess and the whole Pet Vet crew care about all animals. And she is not run by a large corporation that tells her what she can do. She owns the practice and runs it.

I have and still do take all my pets here. I have brought my 2 German shepherds, 8 cats, and 3 sugar gliders (which are exotic pets). My animals are not the easiest and have never had an issue bringing my animals there. They are the absolute best! Very respectful, care for the animals deeply, don’t charge an arm n a leg like most vets, very honest, responsive, they have a ask Dr price email so don’t always have to bring your pet in which is so convenient, they have a pet app which is so helpful as well, very knowledgeable, have adopted 2 cats from the rescue they have great process, one of my pets passed away and they had a whole ceremony in one of the rooms I got his paw prints that was beautifully decorated and ashes in a cute container, when Dr price is out they usually have another vet that helps out, they have an on call person that I have had to use many many times with my animals, and just overall an amazing place with great staff😊Highly recommend!!! Honestly reading through the negative reviews this is what I get out of them: people leave them when they are upset and want someone to blame. We all have bad days, we all NEED vacations, and communication goes both ways don’t expect the vet office to always communicate and you just sit back. You can pick up the phone call and check in whenever (done it many many times) as they are very busy.

I'm actually in shock at the negative reviews here. We have had nothing but AMAZING experiences with Dr. Price, particularly showing that she will go above and beyond for your pets. 1. I have had two email exchanges (20+ messages back and forth in each exchange) with Dr. Price about medical concerns for two different cats where her responses were timely, helpful, and really showed she cared. It was amazing to have access to a vet via email to send photos of the medical issues and not have to play phone tag. 2. The office staff is always willing to pass along a question to Dr. Price before deciding whether an appointment is necessary. Recently, my cat had some cold symptoms and I left a message for Dr. Price asking whether a visit was needed, and the office called me back with an answer within 30 minutes. 3. The prices are really reasonable, especially as compared to VCA and other vets in the area. Dr. Price also doesn't try to upsell you at all, which is a huge difference from other vets. At a vet office in New Hartford that I previously went to, they automatically changed an exorbitant amount of money for a specialty food I didn't even ask for. Dr. Price has never done anything like that and will always have a conversation about charges before ordering them. 4. Most importantly, Dr. Price was an enormous comfort when our cat passed away in 2024. She got unexpectedly ill and after seeing another vet over the weekend, I brought her to our regular Clinton Pet Vet for an emergency visit. Unfortunately, my cat didn't recover after three days in the hospital and we made the decision to let her go. I can't overstate how empathetic, kind, and gentle Dr. Price was during this time. We felt really taken care of, from the set up in the room during the euthanasia to the refusal by staff to let us pay the bill during that difficult appointment. I'll never take my pets anywhere else. Truly the ONLY downside is the lack of 24/7 coverage, but Dr. Price is a single vet office. It

I can not begin to express how thankful I am for Dr. Price and her team. I know that if I ever need to leave my fur babies in their care that they are in good hands… I recently lost my little kitty girl… and her staff was so kind and compassionate through the process. My mother and I even received hugs from a staff member… as her passing was quite a shock. I’m eternally grateful for the care my animals receive here and for the calmness I feel in knowing they are going to safe and well taken care of.

I lost my dog, Lizzie, two weeks ago today. I picked up her ashes on Wednesday, and her paw print today. Lizzie was my last dog, having gotten her and Dixie as rescue dogs in 2013. Dixie passed away last year. Dr. Price and the staff at Clinton Pet Vet were always professional. They saved Lizzie’s life several times in the last almost 7 years. She had a chronic illness typical of her breed. It was sad to say good-bye to the staff today. I know they will continue to offer the best care for pets out there. Thank you Dr. Price, and your hardworking staff.

Well, I have a three year-old pug who needed to be spayed. Her name is Lily. I got her when she was a year old and the previous owner kept her in a crate for over 12 hours a day, which was very cruel. Not only does she have separation anxiety, but she also has territorial aggression because of the crate. Well, I did not want to leave her overnight at the vet because I didn’t want her to think that she was being dumped off again. I actually think I had more anxiety than her. But unfortunately, I had no choice, It was for her own safety. But I have to say that she was treated with such love and compassion that it’s incredible. They accommodated her anxiety and she was a completely good girl. Everything went well thank God. I would like to thank Clinton Pet Vets Entire staff for taking such good care of my little girl. I would recommend them to everyone.❤️

I have had a very rough past six months where I had a tragic house fire and have been living in a camper. We lost so many pets but fortunately we had run a cat rescue before the fire and several cats survived. We had a kitten who was only 4 weeks old who was attacked by another cat. Obviously money was tight and I begged so many places to please just help my kitten and I could definitely do payments and every vet said no!! They are supposed to be animal lovers but money is more important than a kittens life. Well not at Clinton pet vet!!! They took my kitten and gave him meds to get better and then the vet waived my fee because of my circumstances. Never will I take my animals any where else. God bless them. Five stars for a vet that puts the animals first.

We bring our pet bunny to Dr. Price. She is super sweet and prices are reasonable. She does not push tests or meds- but gently recommends them. I have found the staff to be kind and gentle with us and our bunny.
